How refunds work, and how to cancel.

Plain rules for the first charge and for leaving a plan.

First charge

Ask for a refund of the first charge within seven days of that charge. Write to the address below. The app does not take refunds in-app.

Write from the address on your account and include your username. Ask before you delete the account. Deleting cancels the subscription at once.

After that window, refunds are at our discretion. Cancelling mid-period does not return a prorated share of the period already paid.

When you cancel, paid access continues until the end of the current period. The next renewal does not charge.
